SNSC Joins 1 School 1 Day

The health and fitness community in Vancouver is one of the best in the world. There is an opportunity for the strength of this community to make a difference on a global scale. Supporting this idea is imagine1day, a nonprofit organization that provides an opportunity for donors to be directly connected to projects that provide primary education for all children in Ethiopia, Africa. Our event, 1 School 1 Day, will channel that energy into a day of motion towards this great cause.

On Saturday, September 24th at 1pm, the Steve Nash Sports Club Downtown personal training team along with thousands of participants will take part in one hour of the activity of our choice (yoga, dance, boot camps, running, cycling, volleyball, circuit training, etc). We will all be in motion at the same time for one cause: to raise enough money to build 1 School in 1 Day in Ethiopia. Our goal is to raise $100,000, which is the cost of 1 School in Ethiopia.
 
What: Triple Threat Boot Camp – The perfect combination of heart pumping cardio, plyometric and intense strength training using weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, speed and agility drills.

Starting July 23rd 2011

Join trainer Stephen Boyle in a specialized 6-week strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied in movements and based on functionality using boxing drills, battle ropes and kettle bells.

 3-7 participants: $55 each                8 or more participants: $40 each
